All Guests including children must carry valid ID proof at the time of check-in

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability & additional charges may be levied

All Cottages bookings are for double occupancy only, extra bed can be provided at an additional cost.

Swimming pool is accessible only from 7am to 7pm & guests are required to use proper swim gear.

There is only a first aid facility at the resort & No Doctor on call available at the resort

The nearest Hospital is about 14 kms from Resort.

There is no in room dining services

Non occupants are not allowed to gather or visit the guests in cottages

Some of the activities like Jungle Trail Walk, High Tea at Sunset point, Live Barbeque & Campfire are dependent on seasonal and weather conditions

Pets are not allowed in resort

Food brought from outside is strictly not allowed in the resort.

We request all our guests to respect our policies & time, in case of any policy violations the resort reserves the rights to ask guests to vacate the resort.

Our resort is not wheelchair accessible due to the hilly terrain

We do not have day crowd package

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodations

Large groups with only male guests are not allowed on Fridays & Saturdays
Cancellation Policy

No cancellation amendment postponement charges will be levied if the Resort is informed 7 days prior to check-in

100% of the charges will be levied if the cancellation, amendment or postponement is requested less than 7 days from Check-in

Please Note for all bookings between 24th December & 1st January there will be a 15 days cancellation policy in place

Refunds will take 3-5 working days to come through & will attract 5% of payment Gateway charges
Child Policy

Kids aged 5 years & below are exempted from charges

Kids aged 6-11 years will be charged half of adult charges

Kids aged above 11 years will be treated as adults for charges
